Welcome to RELPRO Events & Entertainment! Your privacy is important to us, and we are committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, share, and protect the data you provide when using our website, event pages, SMS/text messaging program, and related services operated by REL Professional Services LLC (doing business as RELPro Events & Entertainment, RELPro Dance Promotions, and Short Home Stays) ("RELPro," "we," "us," or "our").
By accessing or using our website or Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy and the Terms & Conditions in Part B of this same page.
Information We Collect
Personal Data
We may collect the following types of personal data:
Name and Contact Information: Including email address and phone number for registration, ticketing, account/customer records, and communication.
Payment Information: Payment card and billing details are processed by our payment processors (for example Square, Eventbrite, Ticket Tailor, or similar). We do not store full credit card numbers on our own systems; we may receive limited payment confirmation metadata (last four digits, status, amount).
Geolocation Data: Approximate location (for example from IP address or as you enable device location) for location-relevant event information, if applicable.
User Preferences and Browsing Behavior: For personalization and analytics (pages viewed, event interests, RSVPs).
Voluntarily Provided Information: Through forms, surveys, customer support, or in-person event interactions.
SMS Program Data: Mobile number, opt-in/opt-out records, message delivery logs, and related consent timestamps for our text messaging program.
How We Use Your Data

Account Creation and Authentication: To set up and manage user accounts or customer records where applicable.
Transaction Processing: To process and fulfill ticket purchases, registrations, venue rentals, and related bookings.

Types of messages: event announcements, ticket/onsale reminders, venue updates, promotions, and related customer care for RELPro Events & Entertainment (including Dance Factory Tampa Bay, RELPro dance promotions, and related events).
Message frequency varies by event calendar (typically a few messages per month; more around major events).
Consent: By providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive texts (checkbox, keyword join, written consent, or other clear opt-in), you consent to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from RELPro at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Opt-out: Reply STOP to cancel. Reply HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We maintain opt-in and opt-out records. We do not sell your phone number. We do not share mobile opt-in data with third parties for their own marketing. We do not text numbers that have opted out.
Data Sharing with Third Parties
We will share limited personal data with trusted third-party service providers for the following purposes:
Website and Event Operation: Including hosting, ticketing/registration platforms, payment processing, email/SMS platforms (such as Brevo and/or Twilio), and related operations tools.
Analytics and Advertising: Aggregated and anonymized data may be used to improve our services. We do not sell personal information for money. Identifiable personal data is not shared for a third party’s own marketing without your consent, except as described in this Policy.
Legal Requirements: Personal data may be shared with government or law enforcement agencies when required to comply with law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our users and the public.
Business Transfers: If we sell or reorganize the business, information may transfer to a buyer or successor as part of that transaction.
Confidentiality and Security: Third parties with whom we share personal data are expected to use it only for the purposes we specify and to protect its confidentiality and security under applicable contracts or platform terms.

Biometric data: We do not currently collect biometric identifiers (such as faceprints or fingerprints) for identification. If that ever changes, we will obtain any required informed consent and follow applicable law before doing so.
Florida Consumer Collection Practices Act (FCCPA): Ensuring fair and transparent collection practices where collection activity applies.
Florida Security of Communications Act and related electronic-communications rules: Securing electronic communications and records, including proper disposal of personal information where required.
Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act (FDUTPA): Prohibiting deceptive trade practices, including false or misleading representations about personal information collection and use.
Other federal privacy laws: We comply with additional federal requirements when they apply to a specific offering. (We are not a covered healthcare provider under HIPAA for ordinary event ticketing/SMS; HIPAA applies only if a specific offering makes it applicable.)
User Rights
Users have the following rights regarding their personal data, subject to applicable law:
Right to Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, including information about how and why it is being used.
Right to Rectification: Correct or update your personal data if it is inaccurate or incomplete.
Right to Erasure (‘Right to be Forgotten’): Request deletion of your personal data from our systems, subject to legal retention limits (including SMS consent records and transaction records we must keep).
Right to Data Portability: Request a copy of your personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, and request transfer to another provider where technically feasible.
Right to Object: Object to processing for direct marketing or certain other processing. Use unsubscribe links in emails, reply STOP to SMS, or contact our privacy officer.
Right to Restrict Processing: Request that we temporarily or permanently stop processing all or some of your personal data, where the law allows.
Right Not to Be Subject to Automated Decision-Making: We do not engage in automated decision-making that produces legal effects or similarly significantly affects users, unless we have explicit consent or it is necessary for entering into or performing a contract.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

B. TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of websites, event pages, ticketing/registration, venue rental inquiries, Short Home Stays inquiries (as offered), SMS program, and related services (the "Services") operated by REL Professional Services LLC d/b/a RELPro Events & Entertainment, RELPro Dance Promotions, and Short Home Stays.
By using the Services, buying a ticket, registering, requesting a rental/booking, or opting into SMS, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy in Part A. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
B1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live) to enter a purchase or SMS opt-in. If an event allows younger attendees, a parent/guardian must accept these Terms and supervise as required by event rules.
B2. Accurate Information
You agree to provide accurate contact information (including mobile number and email) and keep it updated. You are responsible for tickets, confirmation codes, and activity under your registrations.
B3. Events, Tickets & Registrations
• Event details may change; we will attempt reasonable notice via email, SMS (if opted in), site update, or the ticketing platform.
• Tickets/registrations are generally non-transferable except as allowed by the platform or our written approval.
• Refunds/exchanges/credits follow the policy stated at purchase on the applicable platform. Unless a platform or we expressly state otherwise, sales are final.
• If an event is canceled, your remedy is limited to a refund of the ticket price you paid (excluding third-party fees the platform will not return), or a credit/transfer we offer at our option.
• We may refuse or revoke entry for safety, illegal conduct, harassment, intoxication, or house-rule violations, without refund if you caused the issue.
B4. Venue Rules (including The Dance Factory Tampa Bay)
Follow posted house rules, staff instructions, capacity limits, and law. No illegal drugs. Weapons prohibited. Photography/video may occur for promotional use; notify staff on arrival if you prefer not to appear — we will make reasonable efforts but cannot guarantee exclusion from crowd shots.
B5. Venue Rentals, Entertainment Bookings & Short Home Stays
Quotes are estimates until confirmed in a written agreement or paid invoice. Deposits may be non-refundable as stated in the confirmation. Damage, overtime, cleaning, and house rules in the booking terms apply.
B6. SMS Program Terms
By opting in, you agree to recurring automated texts from RELPro about events, onsales, reminders, and promotions. Frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to end; HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Privacy details: Part A on this page.
B7. Acceptable Use
You may not scrape, hack, or disrupt the Services; misrepresent identity; harass staff, artists, or attendees; or use our trademarks without permission.
B8. Intellectual Property
Site content, logos, and event brands are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited license for personal, non-commercial use of the Services.
B9. Third-Party Services
Ticketing, maps, social, payment, and messaging tools have their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party outages or policies beyond our control.
B10. Disclaimers
Events involve physical activity and social environments. You attend at your own risk. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES AND EVENTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
B11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RELPRO AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICES OR AN EVENT WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SPECIFIC TICKET/BOOKING AT ISSUE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD $100. Where law does not allow these limits, liability is limited to the fullest extent allowed.
B12. Indemnity
You agree to defend and indemnify RELPro against claims arising from your misuse of the Services, violation of these Terms, or injury you cause at an event, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
B13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Exclusive venue is state or federal courts in Pinellas County / Middle District of Florida, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
B14. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
